Founded in 1963, Associated Students, Incorporated California State Polytechnic University (ASICPP) has been at the forefront of enhancing the college experience at Cal Poly Pomona. Our student-elected Board of Directors serves as both the voice of CPP students and as a non-profit corporation board. ASI is one of almost 100 authorized auxiliaries of the California State University Board of Trustees to ensure mission-fulfillment of the California State University System.

At ASICPP, we’re dedicated to providing opportunities for student engagement, leadership, and a wide range of student life programs and services, including recreation and wellbeing, student union and activities, student government, clubs and organizations, food pantry, and children’s education and care.

We manage an annual operating budget of $18 million, $5 million in annual debt service, maintain approximately $24 million in reserves, and oversee 294,253 square feet of student space, including the student union, recreation center, and pool.

As part of the Cal Poly Pomona Division of Student Affairs with a reporting line to Administrative Affairs, ASICPP serves the entire campus population, including more than 28,000 students.
